Despite a hiccup with my initial room assignment, the team quickly addressed it with professionalism and care, which stood out.

I went with a group of friends and had such a blast! We explored Crazy Horse Memorial and went hiking at nearby trails. The rooms were spacious, and the service was on point. Just keep in mind the breakfast could be pricey compared to nearby options.

Check-in was a bit uncoordinated. The blonde receptionist added unnecessary confusion by insisting on a cash deposit despite my prepaid reservation. Multiple other guests reported issues with missing cleaning services, and I personally experienced a noisy fridge that took some time to ignore. The breakfast buffet at 8:30 AM lacked sufficient stock, with empty coffee pots and hardly any hot food left for patrons.

This place was perfect for a mini-break over the weekend in Rapid City with value for price. The spacious room was great, and the kids loved the 24-hour pool. Make sure to bring your own breakfast, as it's not included.
